We deliver our products from different manufacturers’ warehouses in order to offer our customers a wide selection of designs and sizes with the best prices. Orders can sometimes contain products from different locations and arrive with slightly different delivery dates.

Depending on the products you ordered, we might ship with several parcels, therefore we will provide you with several tracking numbers so you can track each parcel properly.

You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

Our priority is customer satisfaction, in case of any problem or doubt do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@wooden-puzzles.com and we will answer as soon as possible. You have a period of 30 days to return the item from the date of receipt without having to give a specific reason. You can refer to our refund policy from the link in our website footer.

Wooden puzzles have a slight burnt-wood aroma due to laser-cutting process, which creates the warm, smoky scent so many of our customers love.

The smell should dissipate if you allow the puzzle to air in a well-ventilated, enclosed space.

All computer screens have embedded colour profiles, screen brightness and colour settings may result in colour variances. In most cases what you see on your home computer screen is not necessarily going to be what you see when it’s printed.

At this moment, we only support PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit / Debit Cards and Wise (TransferWise Bank Transfers). To protect your interests, your payment will be temporarily held by PayPal, and will not be released to us until you are satisfied with the purchase.

Unfortunately, in most cases, it is not possible to make changes to orders once they have been placed. However, it may be possible to cancel an order if we are contacted straight away. If an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If you need to change your order details or cancel your order completely, please contact us by email info@wooden-puzzles.com for advice. Address details may only be changed before the order is despatched, so please be sure to contact us as soon as possible.

No, you don’t have to pay any Customs and Import duties. All duties are included in the product price, and we will pay them for you.
